Most items are handmade by me, Ms. Tommy, with care and attention to detail. Each piece is created using repurposed luxury items, and due to the handmade and repurposed nature, variations and imperfections may naturally occur and are part of each item’s unique character.
Detailed descriptions and multiple photos will be provided in each listing to accurately represent the item.

Because all items are handmade and created from repurposed luxury pieces, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Terms of Return
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
State of Return
Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
Accepted Reasons for Return
Returns or resolutions will only be considered if:
Natural variations, wear consistent with repurposed materials, or minor imperfections are not considered damage.
Return Process
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.
Refund Policy
No refunds are available.
If a claim is approved, I will repair the item or provide a replacement at my discretion.
