Returns
Each piece is thoughtfully handmade with care and intention. Because of the custom and handcrafted nature of my designs, all sales are final.
* Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
* Non-customized items may be eligible for store credit only.
I take great pride in my craftsmanship and truly want you to love your purchase. Please review all product descriptions, sizing details, and photos carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for watch sizing issues, based on material availability.
* If the required material is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Cancellations
Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for store credit only.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping & Insurance
Packages are shipped with shipping insurance for added protection during transit.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and item, when applicable. I will assist with the insurance claim process and work with you toward a resolution based on the carrier’s insurance coverage and claim determination.
Please keep all original packaging and shipping materials until the claim has been resolved, as they may be required by the shipping carrier.
